The sparkling pool is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. A communal braai area is also available for use by guests. No braais are allowed in the apartment.
A laundry is available in the building and a maid will service the apartment during the week. Cleaning service is not available on weekends or public holidays.
24 hour secure under cover parking is available for your vehicle as well as secure off street parking for your guests that may wish to visit.
This apartment is situated right on the beach of Umhlanga Rocks, and has direct access to the promenade and beach. You can enjoy swimming, body boarding, surfing, snorkelling, whale and dolphin watching, deep sea fishing or just relaxing in the sun.
The apartment and garden area is perfect for family holidays or corporate guests. It is within a 5 minute walk to Umhlanga Village and has easy access to good shopping and restaurant facilities, being the Gateway Theatre of Shopping, Sibaya Casino, and golf courses as well as diving facilities.
