At Stella Maris we offer holiday accommodation you can be sure to enjoy. Our comfortable flat are fully equipped to accommodate a maximum of (six) 6 (six) people. Not more than 6 people. Main bedroom with excess to balcony with sea view equipped with one King bed with attached shower bathroom, second bedroom also with sea view with one queen and a double bunk. Second bathroom with bath shower, only 6 people by law all linen except towels are supplied. 
Lounge has a lovely sea view with excess to the balcony. Colour TV with DSTV. New Kitchen is fitted with all the amenities of modern living. There is Washing Machine and a microwave oven.
24 Hour security and one safe undercover parking permitted per unit. There is a lovely pool. Braai area and restaurants walking distance of the complex. Excess to beach through gate at braai area with code, available at front desk.
Extra parking for trailer or second vehicle payable to Stella Maris body corp.

Unit is cleaned before during and after departure. A domestic servant is available Monday to Friday, if required On A Saturday during your stay, A Fee of R150 Is Payable Directly to the Domestic and Is Available for basic service (dust, mop, dishes) only. Bring own towels and cleaning detergents

The breakage fee of R500.00  is refundable seven days after departure, in the event of no damages.

Children are not to be left on the balcony unattended at ANY given time.
