Balance payable 7 days prior to arrival.
Keys will not be handed over unless full payment has been received.

Check-in: after 14:00 on date of arrival
Check-out: 10:00 on day of departure
With exception, different check-in and departure times can be arranged.

• Deposit payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


• Bed-linen and blankets will be supplied, but PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BATH AND BEACH TOWELS.


• Regrettably, NO PETS and NO SMOKING allowed.


• Maximum number of people allowed is 6 (six). No caravans or tents allowed.


• Tenants will be liable for any damage/breakage to the property and its contents during occupation. Damage costs will be claimed from the tenant, and the tenant hereby agrees to pay any such costs to The Arnold Matthee Trust.


• In the unlikely event that we are unable to honour a booking, a full refund or voucher will be provided, at management's discretion. We shall not be liable for any further compensation.


• We reserve the right to decline accommodation to, or expel, any visitor for conduct, which, in our sole view, is inappropriate to the property, or to the comfort of any other visitors/residents.


• You are responsible for the security of your belongings. We will not be held liable for any loss, theft or damage of any personal belongings, cash, jewellery and or motor vehicles, however caused, during your stay.


• You are responsible for your own safety and well-being and make use of all facilities at your own risk. No liability will be accepted for any injuries or death sustained on the premises.
