Weekends rates: R1600 per night


Once-off cleaning fee - R900 (fee for cleaning after departure including linen)

Refundable breakage deposit - R1 000 (Refundable after inventory checklist is completed after quests departure)

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: 1 night bookings are not accepted
 
Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking
  • If cancellation is 60 days before occupation date 50% of deposit will be refunded

Arrival and departure times
Check-in time: 2 pm
Check-out time: 9 am

Rules
  • Maximum of 6 people
  • No pets allowed
  • Complex rules to be adhered to
  • This is a non-smoking unit
  • No groups allowed, preferably families
  • This unit is not serviced during the day - daily service for your own expensive - enquire
  • This complex is not wheelchair friendly
