Mid season: R2800 p.n. (Long weekends, school holidays)

Low season: R1900 p.n. (The rest of the year)
Min Stay: 3 nights

Departure Cleaning Fee: R650 with every booking

Refundable Breakage Deposit: R1500

CONDITIONS:

To make the reservation we would require a 50% deposit of the total cost of accommodation. The balance remaining is payable 14 days before arrival.
Banking account details will be provided when necessary.
For cancellations, the apartment must be re-let for the same period of the time to be eligible for refund.
Departures at 9:00am and arrivals not before 14:00 pm
Please bring your own beach/bath/shower towels.
No pets/birds are allowed or any group of students/matriculants (will be asked to leave without refund).
Tenants will be responsible for any shortages due to theft, breakages etc.
Over-crowding is not allowed.The maximum number of persons (children included) must not exceed the number of beds available (max 6)
No smoking inside the apartment.
Please keep balcony sliding doors closed at the times when using air-conditioner and when smoking on balcony.
Cleaning service are available upon request and at additional cost.
