Discounts: We offer discounts for over 7 days booking.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 30 days prior to arrival - full refund
30 - 15 days prior to arrival - 50 % refund
Less than 15 days prior to arrival - no refund.

CONDITIONS:

Banking account details will be provided when necessary.
Departures at 9:00am and arrivals not before 14:00 pm
Please bring your own beach/bath/shower towels.
No pets/birds are allowed or any group of students/matriculants (will be asked to leave without refund).
Tenants will be responsible for any shortages due to theft, breakages etc.
Over-crowding is not allowed.The maximum number of persons (children included) must not exceed the number of beds available (max 6)
No smoking inside the apartment.
Please keep balcony sliding doors closed at the times when using air-conditioner and when smoking on balcony.
Cleaning service are available upon request and at additional cost.
