Palm Sands Beach House is a beautiful, clinkerbrick beach house with direct access to the beach and expansive breaker views. The main house has 6 bedrooms. 3 ensuite and 3 share a bathroom.
The main house has a large, covered veranda with built-in braai overlooking the sea. The verandah has been enclosed with stack doors to enjoy all weather conditions. It has DSTV, Flat Screen TV, WiFi and Unlimited Fibre.
There is also a deck enclosed swimming pool with a safety net, and a large garden with two gated accesses to the beach. Approximately 100m down the beach there is a tidal pool adjoining a life-guarded beach. Southport Beach is a Blue Flag beach.
There is also a modern, detached, studio flatlet with it’s own self contained Kitchenette and en-suite shower and lounge area.
The owner lives on site in a separate unit at the gate. Privacy is guaranteed.
The house has 8KvA Solar and Inverter power.
