REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: R1500

We require a minimum of 2 of nights
Easter weekend - minimum 3 nights
15 December 2023 to 7 January 2024 - minimum 5 nights

Cancellations can be made 30 days or more before arrival for bookings between February and November. A fee of R580 will be charged for all cancellations. Deposit will be refunded less R580 fee.

Cancellations made 30 days or longer before December and January bookings will be charged 25% of the deposit paid plus R600 fee.

Cancellations within a month of arrival will be on re-sell basis. We will refund the amount paid if all nights can be resold at the same or higher amount less the service charge of R580.

If the unit cannot be resold, a refund of the deposit paid cannot be granted.
We require a 50% deposit paid within 48 hours of booking. The outstanding balance is payable 10 days before check-in date.

Payment must be made in full and a copy of ID needs to be sent before your arrival. We will not hand over keys if full payment or copy of ID has not been received.

The guest will be held liable for any damages or losses in the unit in excess of the refundable deposit and in this event will be required to reimburse the Owner for the appropriate amount.
 
Please note that this is a self catering apartment. We only provide a basic cleaning service every 2nd day except for weekends and public holidays. The cleaner will mop the floors, clean bathrooms and empty garbage. Should you require extra maid service, this can be arranged and will be charged accordingly.

No PARTIES, OVERCROWDING and EXCESSIVE NOISE ALLOWED.
Should these rules be ignored we reserve the right to remove the guests from the property without any Only the amount of guests booked will be allowed to stay in the unit.
