Llandudno Penthouse is a modern, bright open-plan, stand-alone self catering apartment, situated in Llandudno, 5 minutes from the beach and it has a good view of Little Lion’s Head as well as a partial sea view.
The penthouse sleeps 2 adults/no children and has a spacious living area with a balcony, barbecue, table and 2 chairs. The lounge area is open plan with a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a dining area. DStv and Netflix are also available.
The bedroom is located in the loft, up fairly steep stairs and has a queen-size bed, the bathroom is downstairs and is fitted with a walk-in shower, basin, and toilet.
All linen and towels are provided.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit.
The penthouse has shutter blinds for shade, privacy and security. The unit is powered by solar energy and does not experience load shedding.
The accommodation is for the exclusive use of the tenant/no visitors are allowed.
