Conditions 1. Bookings are confirmed, only on receipt of 50% of the total cost of accommodation. The balance remaining is payable 14 days before arrival . Banking details will be provided when necessary. Cancellation refunds will only be made if the unit is re-let over the same period or if let, pro rata. 2. Season rates are charged per night and vary accordingly. 3. Departures at 9'o clock am and Arrivals not before 14:00 Pm . 4. Tenants will be held responsible for any shortages due to theft, breakages, etc. 5. No pets/birds are allowed or any group of students/matriculants. 6. Over-crowding is not allowed. The maximum number of persons (children included) must not exceed the number of beds available.( Max 6) 7. Any misbehavior or disturbance will lead to immediate eviction. 8. Prior to departure, please ensure that the house/flat is locked and left in the same condition as it was on arrival. Please remember to drop off keys at Dolphin Beach Cleaners at BP Garage, Ballito Drive, Ballito. Please do not leave keys with security personnel or cleaners. Rather ask for contact details of Dolphin Beach Cleaners. 9. We take every care to ensure all TVs and appliances are in working order. Faulty appliances and TVs will be tended to asap and no refunds or discounts will be made in this regard. 10.
