| 1) Payment in full 1 month before your arrival is required when confirming the booking. Failure to comply with the payment arrangement as set out above can lead to a 10% cancellation fee. 2) The breakage deposit of R2,000.00 is payable to Robbie & Kate before or on arrival and occupation will only be granted once the payment is received by the recipient. |

| 1) Cancellations must be made in writing and received by Robbie & Kate Phillips, the owners of the property at least 30 days before the booking start date. 2) After this period the booking-payment will not be refunded by Robbie & Kate Phillips, who have the right to cover all expenses made in terms of administration fees and losses incurred during this period. 3) If, however, Robbie & Kate Phillips are able to find another client for the same Period, a refund will be paid. |

| Guests are obliged to comply with the rules and regulations of the owners, Robbie & Kate Phillips, for the entire duration of their stay. HOUSE KEYS: Upon arrival: At the end of De Ruyer Street, turn right to the Greenside Complex. Press number 2 or 6 at the iron gate so we can open it. We live in Greenside 6. Please come to us first. The house keys and remote control are deposited with us and will be handed over upon payment of the damage deposit of R2,000.00. CLEANING FEE: Cleaning: 1 x per week R300.00 and final cleaning R800.00 (including washing of bed linen and towels), payable to Robbie & Kate Phillips at the end of the stay. ELECTRICITY: Electricity is available, so that the new guests have enough current at their arrival. Electricity costs R5. per unit. On the day of your arrival, Robbie will show you the amount of existing units on the meter. At the end of your stay, the number of units used will be deducted the balance will be refunded. DEPARTURE: When you depart, please bring the key-bundle and the remote back to us. We will deduct from the R2,000.00 deposit, the amount of electricity you used, the weekly cleaning fee R300.00 and end cleaning R800.00, plus breakages if there is any. GENERAL RULES: 1) Keep the premises clean and tidy at all times. 2) The open fireplace must not be used! An electric heater and air conditioning are available. 3) Pets are not allowed in our house! This includes neighbourhood cats - please do not feed them! 4) Rates and minimum stay may change according to the season. 5) No children under 12 years old. 6) No smoking allowed. INDEMNITY: The guests indemnify the owners and the body corporate of the property of any losses, injury, damage or claims incurred as a result of the property. |
