| We require an initial payment of 50% of the total cost of your booking to confirm the dates for you. The remainder of payment is due two weeks before the start of your stay. A refundable breakages deposit of R1500 is payable ahead your stay. This will be refunded at the end of your stay once the inventory has been signed off. Please note this is on top of the total cost of your booking. Please note that our peak season rates vary from R2750 per night to R4250 per night depending on the time of year. Please enquire about this when submitting an enquiry to us. |

| If for any reason we are unable to honour your reservation then a full refund will be given. If the booking is cancelled by you, we will endeavour to re-let for the same period and only then we will refund your deposit. Should we not be able to re-let, no refund. |
