BREACH OF CONTRACT:

NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED-YOU WILL IMMEDIATELY BE REMOVED BY SECURITY WITHOUT ANY REFUND

If you accommodate more people than booked and paid for -it is breach of contract and your key deposit will not be refunded.

Excess Guests will be removed immediately by security.

If guests is accommodated without consent of owner, your key deposit will not be refunded. Guests must leave immediately.

Departing after 10.00am - forfeit R100 of your key deposit for every hour later than 10.00am.

Cancellation policy:

50% refund of your deposit if you cancel 1 month before arrival.
No show forfeit all payments.

*Keys will only be signed out to the name who confirmed and paid.
