| No smoking in unit. Maximum of 6 people per unit, 1 or 2 smaller kids can be accommodated at an extra cost as there is extra facilities. No pets allowed. No students . Kids to be bed safe and parents responsible for no wetting of beds. Parents to ENSURE kids are behaved and respect furniture etc, otherwise you will lose your refundable deposit! No loud music or noise. Bring own swimming towels. Please leave the place neat and tidy. Apartment will be cleaned before and after stay (dishes to be washed and packed away on departure).
