RATES 2025/26

Between ZAR6500 to ZAR18000p/n, depending on the length of stay, time of year & number of guests.
Discounts on longer stays can be negotiated.

Minimum stay 5 nights.
Peak Season: Minimum stay 14 nights.

Terme van betaling

Kindly note that reservations are only confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit by way of bank transfer.
Payments: 50% on confirmation, 50% before occupancy.
A cash ZAR5000.00 (or equivalent) refundable breakages deposit is required on arrival.

Kansellasiebeleid

As a cancellation of a booking may result in a relatively large loss for us, guests are respectfully requested to note that it is regrettably necessary to charge the full fee for non-arrival or cancellation. Depending upon the lateness of the cancellation, replacement bookings may be found to minimise the cancellation costs to guests. In the event of a booking being found for the relevant period, the full deposit or booking amount will be refunded to the extent that has been paid
