Port Edward:
This is a lovely sea-side holiday resort all year round. At The Lighthouse Inn is situated right on the beach, very peaceful and calm atmosphere. A fishing permit is required when fishing off the rocks or out at sea. These are obtainable at the post office.

The View:
The View from @ The Lighthouse Inn is incredible. Because we are situated right on the beach, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the ocean. Dolphins and Whales seem so close, that you feel like you can almost reach out and touch them, while watching the waves breaking on the shore sets the mood for absolute relaxation and tranquillity.

Parking:
The area is fenced with an automatic gate, however, please note we have no covered parking yet, and all the vehicles are left at your own risk.

This place is secure with a listed and reliable GP Security Firm. All 6 flats are alarmed with emergency panic buttons.

Self Catering Units:
Each Unit is self-catering with a Fridge, Microwave, 2 Plate Stove, Cutlery, Crockery and Bath Towels. Commercial DSTV Channels are available which includes all the Mnet movie channels and all the Sport channels. Each unit has its own braai are except unit 5. A weber is available on request or the front braai in the garden can be used.

Sea & breaker view large single room accommodation for 3 Adults or 2 Adults and 2 Children up to 12 years old.

Self Catering Unit #2
Sea & breaker view large 2 roomed accommodation for 4 to 5 Adults and 2 to 3 Children.

Self Catering Unit #3
Sea view single room accommodation for 1 or 2 Adults One Queen size bed. Shower, toilet and basin.

Self Catering Unit #5
Sea view large 2 roomed accommodation for 4 Adults or 2 Adults and 2 Children. One King size bed in main room.

Self Catering Unit #6
Sea view large 2 roomed accommodation for 4 Adults or 2 Adults and 2 Children. One King size bed in main room.

A rock feature swimming pool is reserved for guests use in the front garden, (no pool net or fence at present) It is advised that children must be watched by an adult at all times, PLEASE use paper cups etc around the pool. Children just love the swings in the garden, and so do many of the parents as well, feeling stress free swinging and watching the waves pounding on the rocks and the beach right in front of you. Two braais in front at the pool looking out to the sea for guests to use.

The units are serviced on a daily basis, except for Sundays and public holidays

Please report any loss, breakages and damages to the units and their contents to management immediately. Any other problems with your unit let us know so it can be attended to.

The property is in walking distance to all amenities. Close to the Lighthouse from whence we get our name. Main swimming beach within walking distance, you can walk along the beach on the Aloe Trail from a gate leading from our garden. Sip away at cocktails while watching the whales and dolphins play. Wild Coast Casino 5 km away.

Direct access from the Garden gate and pathway leading down to a private beach. Very safe and peaceful. 1 meter from the gate to the beach is JB’s Corner, a must to visit constructed in memory of my late husband as he loved to watch the dolphins and the whales playing in the waves. Great place to sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise and the waves breaking onto the rocks. Or to sip away at coctails and enjoy the beautiful view of the coastline and our private beach.

On Departure:
Return your keys and remote controls and collect your deposit.

Deposit will only be paid out after we have checked your unit.
