High Street Winter Wine Festival
The High Street Winter Wine Festival is held in Durbanville, Cape Town at the High Street Shopping Village. It is an annual event and attracts many locals and visitors from all around the country. Cape Town winters are wet and cold, so, this is a great way to warm up this winter. The festival will take place from the 23rd June 2011 to 25th June 2011. Dates for 2012 are to be confirmed. Every year the festival grows bigger and better than the previous year. Make a note of the date and don't miss out on this wonderful event.
There will be a large variety of wineries exhibiting their wines this year, as well as food exhibitors displaying a choice of homemade breads, cakes and cheese, olives and many more delicious treats. Spoil yourself with some mouth-watering delights.
Cost:
Thursday - VIP Opening Evening - 5pm to 10pm
R150 (includes entrance, a crystal branded tasting glass, a goodie bag and snacks) The VIP evening is a fundraiser for Durbanville Round Table.
Friday - 5pm to 10pm
R100 (includes entrance, a tasting glass and a goodie bag)
Saturday - 11am to 5pm
R80 - (full day of activities)
