With over 130 years of the De Wet family on the Zandvliet estate, it has become far more than just a vineyard. 13 August 2010 saw a function of over 501 distinguished guests in the United States of America, including President Bill Clinton sit down at tables graced with bottles of Zandvliet Enon wine. Today the estate boasts state of the art cultivation methods and scientific procedures to ensure the perfect grapes are grown for their wines. The two varieties of wine produced on the estate are made up as follows, the red varieties comprise Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, and Chardonnay, Colombard, Sauvignon and Chenin make up the white wines.

Not just a wine farm, Zandvliet has also become a well-known ostrich farm, as well as a famous racehorse-breeding stud.
