Our stay at White bridge Farm was unfortunately not as pleasant as we hoped. We stayed in the dixon's view cabin. The noise of the trucks as they come down the R46 in the evenings your able to hear not even the soothing sound of the river could block out the noise. We ended up staying only 2 nights of the 3 nights.

I have been in discussions with this guest and certainly take criticism to heart and try to turn it into a positive. This is the first complaint that we have had about the bed and we are going to implement changes as a result. As to the noise, there is the sound of traffic from time to time. We have not had people complaining however as most guests are able to become part of the surrounds and beauty and not focus on this grey background noise. I concede that trucks can sometimes be noisy and we trust that now that the reopening of the railway line will result in a lot fewer trucks on the road. Unfortunately there is very little we can do about this problem and endeavor never to mislead guests. We are always very sorry when we have a disappointed guest and will do all we can to rectify the matter.
