We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well-equipped Dolphin Beach House was. There really was something for everyone — plenty of toys for the kids, darts and a pool table for the guys, and comfortable sun loungers for those wanting to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Everything we needed was there, and the house worked wonderfully for our group of 8 adults and 4 children.

A special compliment to Jeffrey, who was incredibly helpful and kind. He popped in every morning to help put things in order and added such a warm, welcoming touch to our stay.

We had a wonderful long weekend and would happily recommend Dolphin Beach House, particularly for large or extended families looking for a comfortable, relaxed place to spend quality time together.

Was an absolute blast staying there. The place is so nice and big and we all had our separate spaces for when we needed to be on our own. The view is out of this world and it was absolute bliss being able to just walk on to the beach as we pleased. Having Jeffrey there just made the experience even more pleasurable.

Well organized, loads of space, home away from home. Such an amazing stay with breath taking views and everything at your doorstep. Accommodating hosts and helpful staff.

Spectacular view, spacious living for large families and best of all, Jeffrey is there every day to help you especially with small kids making a mess. Close to everything you need and kids can walk to the beach to play while you relax in the pool and braai, and can still keep an eye on them. Best place we have ever stayed at.

Fantastic place to stay. Lovely house with everything you need and so close to the beach. Beautiful view of the sea.

I loved everything about Dolphin View Beach House. It is spacious and comfortable, the garden and views are amazing .. bonus little splash pool overlooking the beach .. loved the palm forest, swing and corner cove seating area, pool loungers and and and.. there was a decor treat wherever you looked. Jeffery quietly went about keeping things clean and neat and tidy - a real super star. We all fitted in perfectly and were all comfortable. The pool table was a hit, and while we didn’t have small kids the games and facilities for them where noted. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you.

absolutely amazing holiday at the Dolphin View Beach House. Very friendly staff. Felt very welcomed. Will definitely be booking here again!

Dolphin View Beach House is just snugly perfect for a family to get away for a vacation at the coast.
Literally on the beach, with a beautiful lawn, braai area and splash pool to cool off in.
This place will become a yearly institution for our family.
Please keep it simple, yet beautiful as is.

We had the most amazing holiday with family at Dolphin View Beach House.
The location is spectacular with the beach on your door step!
The service we received from making our booking, during our stay and after departure has been great.
Facilities are best by far when comparing it to other guest houses with absolutely every need being catered for.
Excellent WiFi went down well with the teenagers, and the splash pool was a firm favourite for everyone.
We can't wait to return, one of our most memorable holidays yet!

Had the best time! With such an exquisite view of the ocean at the tip of the beach just a few steps away. I don't know who enjoyed it more, the adults with the spacious living area or the kids outside with all the toys to play with. Overall a very stunning place and would highly recommend to others.

We had a fantastic holiday, location is perfect, right on the beach, close to shops and amenities. We were able to take our small Boston Terrier with us and he had the best time.

The house is fully equipped with all you would need in a home away from home, the owners have thought of every small detail. There is also a kids play area which was a big hit with our two children 3&4. Overall, this property is highly recommended.

What a stunning location, superb views and great accommodation. The beach house is just perfect for some great rest and relaxation with the beach on your doorstep. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed every second at the beach house and will definitely be back soon. The home is equipped with everything from kitchen utensils to play areas and toys for kiddies. The staff and management are friendly and so efficient in all requests. What a gem of a place!!!

We had overseas visitors that wanted to see KZN. We have stayed at Dolphin View before and it was the first place we thought of to sleep 11 people comfortably. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished it could have been longer.

Stayed here a while back so this was the 2nd time and everything was great.
Will have to go back soon

This was our second holiday family holiday here. A spacious house with the perfect uninterrupted view across the ocean. Plenty of room for all the kids and adults.
Michelle and her team do a wonderful job. We will be back again.... this place is highly recommended.

We stayed at Dolphin View Beach House for 8 nights. The house comfortably slept 14 people. Stunning house with stunning views! We saw dolphins almost every morning. Jeffrey was amazing! Just quietly got on with what he needed to do while at the same time being very friendly. A very short walk yo the swimming beach. Would definitely recommend DVBH!

A group of 10 of us stayed at Dolphin View over the Easter weekend.
You don't get closer to the beach! Step off your lawn onto the sand. Relax in the jacuzzi feel like you are sitting in a rock pool.
The house is situated between the main Salt Rock beach and the tidal pool. Several restaurants are within walking distance, as is the hotel. However you won't want to leave your beach house to go anywhere!
There are 2 lovely braai areas, and plenty of undercover outdoor seating if the weather is bad. The open plan kitchen with ample workspace is very well equipped. Michelle has thought of everything! Prepare your meals while you watch the others play pool. Jeffrey is fantastic and makes self catering a pleasure. He maintains the jacuzzi, the garden and the house in a spotless condition. We can't wait to go back!

Dolphin view is the perfect spot to put the feet up, enjoy the ocean on your doorstep and unwind. It is well maintained, cleverly thought out and intuitively appointed to ensure a large family or group of friends can have a great holiday break whilst having an abundance of activities to partake in if desired. Highly recommended.

We visited from Canada with a large family including 4 generations. We cannot say enough about this stunning beach house!! Booking was easy, Michelle was wonderful and the staff were amazing! The house is just beautiful and well kept and literally steps to the beach! The location was perfect! The views were breathtaking!! Everyone had such an incredible time and we can't wait to go back! We were a group of 15 people, grand parents, grown ups, students and teenagers. Loved the location, and small splash pool. Everybody enjoyed the stay, will recommend to a big group or extended family.

We were a diverse group: grand parents; age 30+ unmarried family and friends; married couple with 3 little ones. Everyone loved this holiday home with all the extra little things for the children, the pool table, the gorgeous setting, the en-suite bathrooms, the pool! The house has everything you need, and is very spacious and clean.

The beach is literally on your lawn and the view is amazing. Very safe and is the ideal holiday home :)

What a fantastic place to stay. This is the 3rd time I have stayed here. Could not get nearer the beach than this. Lovely house with everything that's needed for an enjoyable holiday. Owners are ever so helpful with anything you need/want. Will certainly go back there again next time I visit South Africa, and have recommended this house to many people in the UK and Europe.
