My family and I stayed at 22 Rocky Beach for 3 weeks in March. The process of booking, all the way through to leaving was seamless ensuring we had a stress free fantastic stay. The house is stunning and the location is amazing. Johan and his team take such good care of the property and their guests. There are no words that's that can fully describe this magnificent home with breathtaking views, the kitchen has everything one would need, the rooms are extremely comfortable, the entire home is clean, neat and inviting. Love the 4 nights that we stayed, the property was safe. Would most definitely book this property over and over.

Everything about the place was amazing. The peace and quiet. The service was number one. The caretaker was just a phone call away whenever we needed anything. The house is so beautiful, what you see on the internet is exactly what you get, it even looks better once you are there. Will definitely come back again with my whole family. The house was so beautiful and clean, it was the best place for vacation, it was more than the beauty we see on the pictures, it was gorgeous and every morning was just a great serenity to witness the view of the sea and the fresh air. Great service all in all.

We booked this house in September as a family and Wow what you see is what you get. The house is very clean, secure and homely. The caretaker and cleaner are very sweet people.
I highly recommend it if you want to relax.
It’s good for families, couples and individuals.
I will bring my family here again.

This was such a wonderful getaway for my family. The house is absolutely mesmerizing. I have stayed in so many self catering places all over SA and I have to compliment the owner on this house. It's fully equipped down to the smallest detail. This was one of the best experiences we have had. Oh and the views... when they say beach view, it's on the beach! Really worth every sent. Thank you to the owner Johan and the staff Eric and Phumza, you guys are absolutely amazing. We will most definitely visit again.

This holiday home is stunning. It has everything you need to take the break you deserve. It has direct views of the ocean. The bedroom has a balcony where you can sit and just look at the beach. Direct access to the beach. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The little ones loved the pool and shell picking. Safe, beautiful and peaceful.
Staff are friendly and very helpful.
