11 Sancta Maria is a newly build luxurious two bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor with 90 degree in the unit and 180 degree unspoiled breaker views. It is situated on the beautiful beach of Winklespruit, just 30 min south of Durban and 60min from King Shaka International Airport.

The main bedroom offers a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom with bath. The main bedroom has a full breaker view. The covered patio has an exceptional sea view from where dolphins and whales are often sighted. The second bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a separate bathroom with shower.

The living area and both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The secure complex offers controlled access, swimming pool, access to the beach from pathway at the gate, and a dedicated parking bay. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully fitted to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
