South African Tattoo

The South African Tattoo, is a very popular festival which takes place at the Montecasino Outdoor Event Area at Montecasino, Johannesburg, South Africa.

The SA Tattoo, in partnership with Jacaranda FM and MNET, will present the biggest and best line up this year. Each year the show only grows bigger and better with hundreds of show stopping performances. Since it's launch, the Tattoo has been sold out with more than 70 000 people ready to be thrilled by this brilliantly magnificent event.

This year sees its largest cast to date. There will be over 800 multi-cultural and multi-national performers. There will be a variety of local and international performers bringing glamour and excitement to the Tattoo with an array of singers, dancers and many more routines never seen before. Some of the great performances will also include the SA Air Force and SA Medical Health Service bands, the Amazing Skipping Routine, traditional Indian dancers, choirs and soloists. This year will bring back some of the previous years' favourites, the 180 piece massed pipes and drums and over eighty Highland and Irish dancers.
