Annual Vodacom Country Challenge
The Annual Vodacom Country Challenge will be held at Vodaworld in Midrand, Gauteng. It is a popular event which attracts thousands of entrants from around the country. The race will take place in August (dates are to be confirmed).

The challenge is well organised and has been voted one of South Africa's top 10 half marathons. There will be a 21.1km half marathon, a 10km race and a 5km fun run for the whole family. Both the half marathon and the 10km will begin promptly at 8am and the 5km run will begin at 8:30am.

The day is fun filled with prizes and lucky draws. All finishers will receive a medal.

Pre entries will close a week before the race day and the first 3000 entrants will receive a back pack. The first 3000 pre-entrants will receive a backpack upon entering. Entry forms for the 21.1km and 10km races can be obtained at these leading sports shops in Johannesburg or Pretoria: The Sweat Shops in Southdowns Shopping Centre Irene, Dunkeld West Centre and Fourways Crossing; The Randburg Runner; The Bedford Runner; Run-Away Sport at the Sanlam Centre in Pretoria; and Sportsman's Warehouse stores situated at Stoneridge in Modderfontein, Centurion, The Glen Shopping Centre, Woodmead, Princess Crossing, Cresta and East Rand Mall.
