| *It is essential we are provided with Dietary Requirements, Mobile Number/s and Expected Time of Arrival. *A surcharge of R300-00 will be charged to anyone who checks in after check in times, unless prior arrangements have been made. *No persons other than those quoted for and booked are permitted to share the accommodation. In the event that it is possible to accommodate an extra person/s in the same room, an additional charge will become payable. *The final decision regarding the accommodation of additional persons in the same room rests entirely with the proprietors of Hunter's Lodge. *Strictly NO SMOKING in rooms - a levy of R500.00 will be charged for any transgression. *No ironing in rooms - a laundry service is offered between 07h30 - 16h00, maximum of 5 pieces per room. *Breakfast is served at:06h30 to 08h45. *Right of admission is reserved. Management has the right to request that any guest/s leave the premises with immediate effect, should the need arise. No payments will be refunded at this time. |
