Stunning Beach Holiday Apartment at uShaka
208 @ Tenbury is a modern, spacious and luxurious self-catering apartment which caters for family type holiday accommodation. This apartment is situated directly opposite Addington beach on Durban's Golden Mile, and it is only a few hundred meters from the popular uShaka Entertainment Centre with its variety of restaurants, shops, as well as private swimming pools.
If you are looking for a beach holiday, then this is the ultimate location where blue flag beaches, with life guards, are just across the street from the apartment block. Otherwise, enjoy a walk or jog on Durban's famous promenade on the beachfront and which extends all the way to the Sun Coast Casino and Entertainment Centre.
This is a 3 bed, 3 bath apartment (2 en suites) and sleeps up to 8 people. You can enjoy views of the sea from the comfort of the main bedroom or the lounge. Alternatively, you can enjoy excellent views of the beachfront area from the spacious balcony. This apartment has a queen size bed in the large main en-suite bedroom. The second bedroom has a double and a single bed whilst the third bedroom (also en-suite) has a double bed as well as a modern sleeper couch. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. In addition to the two en-suite bathrooms, there is a further separate toilet and bathroom facility that is conveniently located.
The open plan kitchen and lounge area is very spacious and comfortable. A 24000 BTU Aircon is able to cool the lounge/kitchen area to add to your comfort. The flat boasts a fully fitted modern kitchen with all necessary appliances including a washing machine. Two large flat screen LED TVs, connected to extra view on DSTV's premium package, is appropriately located in the lounge and the main bedroom.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a well maintained, neat and safe block of flats called Tenbury. This is a secure facility with controlled access. Secure basement parking is available for 1 vehicle. However, there is generally parking available alongside the flat should additional parking also be required.
