The Gables is 'n luukse selfsorg-Villa met 'n sonverhitte swembad en jacuzzi (beide bedek met veiligheids-nette), Houtbaai, loopafstand na die strand, winkels en restaurante. Die Villa het slaapplek vir tot 11 persone.
5 ruim slaapkamers, 4 badkamers, 2 woonkamers met voudeure na die tuin met sy sprankelende sonverhitte swembad en jacuzzi, twee goed toegeruste kombuise, ens. Die huis is ideaal vir 1 groot - of selfs 2 gesinne. Die buite-onthaalgebied het 'n bankstel, eettafel en ingeboude braaiplek.
Dit bestaan uit 'n hoofhuis (slaapplek vir 6) en 'n kothuis (slaapplek vir 5/7 ).
Slaapplek vir 11 in totaal, maar daar is 'n slaapbank wat die totaal 13 kan maak. Die kothuis en hoofhuis het 'n deur tussen die twee, wat maak dat dit 'n eenheid kan word, maar tog kan elkeen afsonderlik gehuur word met die moontlikheid om aparte ingange te gebruik.
Luukse Huis Geriewe
Luukse geriewe is reg deur die huis aangebring soos, waaiers, platskerm Tv's (Satelliet-kanale), DVD-spelers, Hoëtroustel Cd-spelers, Wi-Fi internet toegang, speletjies en kwaliteit beddens met pragtige kraakvars bedlinne. Beide kombuise is goed toegerus. Skottelgoedwasser, wasmasjien en tuimeldroër beskikbaar in die hoofhuis se opwasplek.
Atmosfeer
Hierdie Kaap Hollands-huis, huislik versier met 'n koloniale en Afrika-invloed. U kan die sorg en persoonlike invloed voel as u deur hierdie ruim huis loop, elke kamer spog met karakter.
Ons diens
Skoonmaak-diens een maal per week, swembad- en tuindienste is ingesluit.
Daar is twee baba-bedjies beskikbaar.
Beskutte parkeerplek op die eiendom agter 'n afstand-beheerde veiligheids-hek.
